Accessing your medical documents and other information from Revolution Health is simple. We want all of our patients to know exactly what is going on during each step of the treatment process, and our holistic wellness clinic in Tulsa OK uses a convenient online patient portal to view and manage your health records confidentially. This way, you can see everything pertaining to your case all in one place, download useful documents, and view our clinic policies. You can also log in to ensure medical history, allergies, and medications are all up to date before an appointment. If you have already registered in person and set up an online account, then you can simply click the button below to log in to your account. If you are a new patient or have not logged in to the Patient Portal before, you must register and sign up for an account the next time you come into our Tulsa office. The Patient Portal is only set up for patients who have already registered with us. The registration process only takes a few minutes, and then you can log in and view your important information at home or on the go.
