Costs are rising everywhere, and Revolution Health has the desire to deliver high-quality health care with a Functional/Integrative influence in as cost-effect of a manner as possible. Unfortunately, increasing prices have affected us as well, and we want to do what we can to save each patient as much money as possible, yet allow the clinic to remain financially viable.
In order to achieve these goals, Revolution Health & Wellness is proud to introduce our Direct Primary Care (DPC) Membership. This membership, in exchange for an annual fee (with the option to pay monthly), allows us to ensure higher-quality services while providing cost savings to you, our patient. Monthly fees are billed based on your age, and spouses and kids will receive a special discount!
* - A limited formulary of medications is available at Revolution Health & Wellness Clinic at a reduced price. We have no control of any medications not provided at Revolution Health directly.
** - Bloodwork labs are not included in the Membership Fee. Pricing depends on labs ordered, your insurance, deductibles, co-pays, etc.
