Chad P. Edwards, DO, DABFM, ABAARM, FAAMM

Medical Director, Founder

Dr. Chad Edwards is a board-certified family physician with advanced training in functional, integrative, anti-aging, regenerative, and metabolic medicine. He earned his B.S. in Exercise Science & Sports Medicine from Oklahoma Baptist University and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency training at Womack Army Medical Center at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

Dr. Edwards is board-certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine and in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine by the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. He is a Fellow in Anti-Aging Metabolic Medicine (FAAMM) through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and has completed advanced certifications in Peptide Therapy and Metabolic Cardiovascular Health. His Peptide Therapy certification was conferred through A4M and the International Peptide Society. In addition, he is a recommended prolotherapist by the Hackett-Hemwall-Patterson Foundation.

Before founding Revolution Health & Wellness, Dr. Edwards built a diverse medical career spanning military medicine, emergency medicine, primary care, and functional and integrative medicine. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1989, serving initially as a Medic and Preventive Medicine Specialist and later as a Drill Sergeant at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. After becoming a physician, he served as Battalion Surgeon for the 5th Special Forces Group and as Special Operations Task Force–North Surgeon during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He also served as a U.S. Army Flight Surgeon and Dive Medical Officer and had the distinct honor of working with and supporting several U.S. Army Special Operations units.

Following his military service, Dr. Edwards returned to Tulsa and practiced at Warren Clinic before recognizing the need for a different approach to healthcare—one focused not simply on managing disease, but on understanding why dysfunction develops in the first place. That vision led him to establish Revolution Health & Wellness.

At Revolution Health & Wellness, Dr. Edwards takes a comprehensive, root-cause approach to health and longevity. His clinical interests include cardiovascular and metabolic health, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, functional and integrative medicine, regenerative medicine, injury recovery, and strategies designed to improve healthspan and long-term performance. Rather than waiting for disease to become obvious, he looks for early signs of physiologic dysfunction and works with patients to address the factors contributing to them.

One of the most rewarding aspects of medicine for Dr. Edwards is helping people who have struggled to find answers regain their health, function, and quality of life. His goal is not simply to help patients feel better today, but to help them build the foundation for better health and performance for years to come.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Edwards enjoys spending time with his wife and children, running, fitness, and martial arts. He has practiced martial arts since the age of six and has earned multiple ranks across several disciplines, including a third-degree Black Belt in Bo-Ju-Tae Karate. He currently holds a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and continues to train regularly.

Diana’s passion for health began early, cultivated through years as a classically trained dancer and athlete. As a member of the Kaleidoscope Dance Company at the University of Central Oklahoma, where she majored in Dance Education, she learned the importance of balancing nutrition, hydration, rest, and recovery for peak performance. After graduation, she taught life sciences—including Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology—before joining her husband, Dr. Chad Edwards, in their mission to revolutionize health care.
