How It Works

2. On that page, enroll if you know you want pellets — or book the $99 consult if you do not.
3. If you used the consult: we confirm the pellet path, or send you to REV Membership.
4. Membership covers insertions when they are appropriate. The $99 credits enrollment if you joined after the consult.

FAQ

What does Pellet Membership include?

Insertions when they are medically appropriate, no per-insertion fee, and planning and follow-up for pellets. It is not REV Core. We do not bill insurance for the membership or the insertions.

Do I have to book the $99 consult?

No. If you already know you want pellets, choose women or men and enroll on that page. Use the $99 consult only if you are not sure. If you join after the consult, the $99 is credited toward the $200 enrollment fee.

Can I join from this page?

No. This page only splits women and men. Enroll or book the consult on the next page.

What if I want cream or injections instead?

That is REV Membership, not Pellet Membership. Use the REV Membership path on Start Here.

What if I have Traditional Medicare?

Do not buy the $99 consult online. Call 918-935-3636. You can still use the pellet path; we just do not run that visit as a cash consult.
