Requesting prescription refills at Revolution Health is now faster and easier through the Patient Portal. Simply confirm your preferred pharmacy, select the medication you need, and click “Request Refill.” Your request will show as pending until our team reviews and approves it, then it will be sent directly to your pharmacy.
