How to Use the Revolution Health Patient Portal

At Revolution Health, we want to make managing your care as simple and convenient as possible. That’s why we offer the Patient Portal—a secure online system where you can schedule appointments, request refills, review your test results, pay bills, and message your provider.
This step-by-step guide (based on our instructional video) will walk you through everything you need to know about using the Patient Portal effectively. Whether you’re a new patient logging in for the first time or an established patient looking to streamline your care, this article will show you how to get the most out of your portal.
Getting Started: Logging In

Visit the Revolution Health website at RevolutionHealth.org.

Click on the “Patient Portal” link (found in the navigation bar or homepage).

Enter your username and password.

If you don’t yet have an account, call our office and we’ll help you get set up.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password” to reset.

Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your dashboard, the homepage of your Patient Portal.
Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is your home base. Here, you can:

View upcoming and past appointments

Access your medical records and lab results

Check billing and insurance information

Review your medication list

Send secure messages to your provider
Each section has its own tab for easy navigation.
Scheduling an Appointment
Scheduling appointments through the portal is quick and avoids phone wait times.

From the dashboard, go to “My Appointments.”

Click “Request Appointment.”

Select your Provider (or Labs & Testing if you’re booking a lab draw).

Choose your Appointment Type (new visit, follow-up, telehealth, etc.).

Pick your Date and click on the blue time boxes to select an available slot.

Add Comments to describe the reason for your appointment (e.g., “Lab review” or “Prolotherapy follow-up”).

Click “Request Appointment.”
You’ll see a notification that says “Pending Approval.” Once our team approves your request, you’ll get a confirmation email.
Requesting Medication Refills
Managing refills is simple with the portal:

Go to “My Pharmacies.” Make sure your preferred pharmacy is listed and set as Primary Pharmacy.

Next, go to “My Medications.”

Find the medication you need refilled.

Click “Request Refill.”

Add any comments or instructions (like “90-day supply if available”).

Submit your request.
You’ll see “Pending requests awaiting review” and a “!” icon next to the requested medication. Once approved, it will be sent to your pharmacy.
Viewing Lab Results
The Patient Portal allows you to review your test results securely, without waiting for a paper copy.

Click on the “Labs/Results” tab.

Select the test you’d like to view.

Results will appear with details about each marker, including whether it falls into the normal, borderline, or abnormal range.

If you have upcoming lab review appointments, your provider will go over these results with you in detail.
Secure Messaging with Your Provider
The portal gives you a safe way to communicate with your care team.

Click the “Messages” tab.

Select “Compose New Message.”

Choose your provider from the dropdown menu.

Write your message and include any relevant details.

Click “Send.”
Your provider or care team will respond within the secure system. You’ll receive a notification when new messages arrive.
Billing and Payments
You can also view and pay your bills directly through the portal:

Go to the “Billing” tab.

Review outstanding balances or recent invoices.

Click “Pay Bill” to submit a secure online payment.
This feature helps keep your account up to date without needing to call or mail payments.
