Integrative, relationship-based care—built for patients who can be seen in person at our Oklahoma clinic.

In-Person Care Requirement

Revolution Health is an in-person medical practice.

Patients must be able to receive care at our clinic in Oklahoma.

We are not a telemedicine-only practice and do not accept patients who are unable to attend in-person visits.

Choose Your Starting Point

Care with Dr Edwards (REV Core)

Care with Dr. Edwards is provided through the REV Core program.

This model is designed for patients seeking comprehensive, ongoing integrative care with a long-term physician relationship.

REV Core supports in-depth evaluation, personalized treatment planning, and consistent follow-up over time. This approach allows Dr. Edwards to deliver the level of care necessary for complex and preventive health needs.

Enrollment in REV Core is required to establish care with Dr. Edwards.

Care with Diana (Introductory or Ongoing)

Diana provides both introductory and ongoing care and is often the best starting point for patients who are new to Revolution Health.

Patients may begin care with Diana with or without enrollment in a membership program. This option is ideal for those who want an introduction to our practice or are exploring whether REV Core is the right fit.

If additional or more comprehensive care is needed, next steps can be discussed after your initial visit.

Medicare-Supported Care

Some patients receive care through Medicare-Supported Care models.

These models include structured physician oversight, care coordination, and physiologic monitoring as part of comprehensive, longitudinal care. Participation in these services is discussed as part of your individualized care plan and requires patient consent.

When clinically appropriate, Medicare may cover portions of these services. Patients receiving Medicare-Supported Care participate in the same coordinated care structure used throughout our practice.

Procedural Care (Pellets / Regenerative Medicine)

Revolution Health offers in-person procedural care, including pellet therapy and regenerative treatments such as prolotherapy and PRP.

These services follow defined care pathways and do not require enrollment in REV Core unless additional ongoing medical care is desired.

Procedural consultations are conducted in person at our clinic.

Is a membership required if I have Medicare?

Do you offer telemedicine-only care?
