$99. Cash visit. We do not bill commercial insurance for this consultation. If you join REV Core or REV Access within 30 days, this fee is credited toward the $200 setup fee.
If you have Medicare:
Do not purchase this product if you have traditional Medicare (Part B), with or without a supplement. Our physicians participate in Medicare. Go to Start Here and choose Ready to join, or call 918-935-3636. The $200 setup fee is waived for traditional Medicare. We will bill Medicare for the covered first visit.
What this purchase is
• A paid pathway consultation — not a membership, not a full work-up, not labs.
• No obligation to join.
• After checkout, we contact you within one business day to schedule the 15-minute visit.
What happens next
• You check out here.
• We text or email you two appointment times. Reply 1 or 2. If neither works, call 918-935-3636 or reply “call me.”
• At the visit we decide the right path for your care. We do not start managing your health or medical issues in this visit.
• If you join Core or Access: $200 setup minus this $99 leaves $101. Then the portal packet and first membership visit.
What this does not include
Membership dues, the full new-patient work-up, labs, prescriptions, pellet insertion, REV Core / Access care.
No-show
24 hours’ notice to reschedule. One reschedule included. A missed visit with no notice uses the $99.
