How Do I Request Medication Refills?
At Revolution Health, we’ve streamlined our prescription refill process to make it faster and more accurate for our patients. By submitting refill requests directly through your Patient Portal, you can ensure your prescription goes to the right pharmacy without unnecessary delays.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to requesting a medication refill:
Step 1: Log In to Your Patient Portal
Start by logging in to your secure Patient Portal. All refill requests are managed there to keep the process organized and efficient.
Step 2: Check Your Preferred Pharmacy
Go to “My Pharmacies” and make sure your preferred pharmacy is listed. Be sure it is set as your Primary Pharmacy, so prescriptions are sent to the correct location.
Step 3: Find Your Medication
Navigate to “My Medications” in your portal. Scroll through the list and locate the medication you would like refilled.
Step 4: Request Your Refill
Click “Request Refill” next to the appropriate medication. You can also enter any specific instructions or notes (such as “90-day supply if allowed” or “brand name preferred”).
Step 5: Submit Your Request
Once submitted, you’ll see a notification at the top of your screen that says: “Pending requests awaiting review.” Your requested medication will also display with an “!” icon next to it, indicating that it’s awaiting provider approval.
What Happens Next?
Once our team reviews your request, we’ll send it to your pharmacy. You’ll receive a notification when the prescription has been processed and approved.
