Traditional medicine is excellent at diagnosing and treating disease. The typical visit is built for something else: a short appointment, a symptom, a prescription. Labs called “normal” while you still do not feel like yourself.

We practice integrative and functional medicine. We use the tools of modern medicine and then look further — hormones, metabolism, gut health, nutrition, cardiovascular risk, medications, and the history behind the symptom — so the plan is built around you, not only around a diagnosis.

The goal is not a better month. It is to understand what is driving the problem, address it at the source, and build a way of practicing medicine that still works years from now.

That takes time and a real relationship. That is what this clinic is built to do.

Common Questions About Becoming a New Patient

Is the $99 visit where you start treating me?

No. It only chooses a path. We do not diagnose you, start a plan, or begin treatment in that visit.

Once the path is chosen, we'll get you scheduled for our complete onboarding process as quickly as possible.

What if I already know what I want?

Use that path.
Hormone Pellets → pellet membership.
Practice membership → REV Membership.
Naturopath or prolotherapy → those cards.

The $99 visit is only for people who cannot choose.

What if I have Traditional Medicare?

You get the REV Core path at Medicare membership pricing. Do not buy a $99 consult online. Use REV Membership or call 918-935-3636. The $200 setup fee is waived.

What if I have Medicare Advantage?

Same idea if it is a plan we can bill: REV Core care, Medicare membership price. We do not accept Community Care, including Community Care Senior. Those patients are cash, not Medicare membership. If you are unsure whether we can bill your Advantage plan, call 918-935-3636 before you buy anything online.

Why is there a membership if you take insurance?

Insurance pays for a short, diagnosis-driven visit. Membership pays for the time and work insurance does not cover. We still bill insurance when we can. Pellet membership and pellet insertions are cash.

Why is there a $200 setup fee?

It covers onboarding into the practice. It is waived for Traditional Medicare. If you paid $99 for a pathway or pellet consult and you join within 30 days, that $99 is credited toward setup or pellet enrollment.

What is REV Access?

REV Core is the membership. Access is a limited exception for one simple issue, written into the agreement: thyroid only, women on hormone replacement only (not pellets), or men on testosterone only (not pellets). It is not for complex or multi-system problems.

I want hormones. Is that REV Membership?

Not if pellets are what you want. That is the hormone path and its own membership. Cream, injections, or simple hormone care inside the practice is REV Membership (Core, or Access if you truly fit the exception).

Do I have to sign an agreement before I am seen?

Only if you choose REV Membership or Pellet Membership. A $99 consult does not require you to join. Naturopathic care and prolotherapy have their own registration and do not require the REV Core agreement.

Can I just call?

Yes. 918-935-3636. If you already know your path, the site is faster. If you have Traditional Medicare or Community Care, call before you buy a $99 consult.
