Revolution Health is a REV Core clinic. Access is a written exception for one approved issue - not a cheaper Core.

Access is a scope limit, not a discount on Core.

We bill insurance for eligible office visits. Cash or plans we cannot collect from: 3 visits per year, then the member visit rate.

FAQs

Who can join Access

Only someone who passes the quiz on this page. The approved list is thyroid medication only, female HRT that is not pellets, or male testosterone that is not pellets. One issue, written into the agreement.

I have fatigue / weight / blood pressure / gut. Is that Access?

No. Those are Core. Fatigue is not a simple thyroid visit. Blood pressure is not a single-issue membership.

I want pellets. Access?

No. Pellets are Pellet Membership.

I want Access because it costs less than Core.

Access is a scope limit, not a coupon. Choose Core or do not join.

Can the doctor make an exception if I fail the quiz?

No. The quiz is the rule. Staff will not ask the physician to override a failed line.

What if a second problem shows up after I join?

Upgrade to Core. We do not widen Access.

Do I get the annual assessment, long visits, or a full lab review?

No. Live review stays on the Access Panel. DEXA, SphygmoCor, EKG, and long visits are Core.

Are labs included?

No. The lab bills insurance when it can. Cash lab prices are available. Extra panels are not a live Access review.

I am cash or high-deductible.

3 visits per year are included. After that, member visit rate. Acute visits count toward the 3.

Do I get discounts on supplements or peptides?

No.

Traditional Medicare?

Do not buy cash Access. Do not buy the $99 cash consult. Use Start Here for the Medicare membership. Setup is waived.

Can I switch to Core later?

Yes. You can upgrade to REV Core at any time. You'll simply pay the prorated difference for the annual membership.

Can I cancel?

Yes. It is an annual agreement. If you leave early, the rest of the year is still owed.

How do I join?

Pass the quiz, then Start Here. We write the one condition on the agreement. Do not use generic new-patient registration to skip the quiz.
