• No obligation to join.
• After checkout, we contact you within one business day to schedule the 15-minute visit (typically with Dr. Holler).

What happens next

• You check out here.
• We text or email you to pick a time.
• At the visit we decide if pellets are a fit.
• If you join: $99/month after a $200 enrollment fee. Your $99 counts toward enrollment ($101 remains). Insertions included when appropriate. Labs, progesterone, and supplements are separate.

What this does not include

Pellet Membership dues, labs, insertion, progesterone, REV Core / Access.

No-show

24 hours’ notice to reschedule. One reschedule included. A missed visit with no notice uses the $99.
